Notice of Rental Agreement Obligation


Owners who rent their unit are required to submit to the Association a copy of their signed lease agreement with tenants. The Owner is required to keep the Association updated on the status of their leased unit.




$100 Move In Fee


Before moving into a Unit, a new Owner must pay a $100 move in fee to the Association. If a Unit is being rented to a tenant other than the Owner, the Owner must pay $100 for each occurrence where a new tenant moves in.




Vacant Unit Water Shutoff


The Association requires Residential units that will be vacant for more than 14 days have the water service to the unit be turned off.
